Wendy Campana, Director - Food Pantry & Mobile Market
Wendy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the food pantry, including ordering, coordinating, and distributing all pantry stock. She volunteered at the pantry for several years before assuming her role as Food Pantry Director.
Wendy graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in business and has held a variety of roles in finance and marketing. She has lived in Natick for 18 years with her husband and two daughters and has volunteered with many local organizations and PTOs, as well as coached with the Natick Youth Soccer Club for years.
Amy Conwell, Case Manager, LICSW
Amy has been a Case Manager with the Natick Service Council for over 10 years. She enjoys helping clients to connect to resources within the Natick community. Amy is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). She holds a B.A. from Clark University and a M.S.W. from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of different social work settings prior to coming to the NSC.
Amy enjoys spending time with her husband and young adult daughter. Stop by her office and she'll show you her daughter's artwork!
Rebecca Cohen, LICSW, Director - Case Management
Becca joined the team as Director of Case Management in June 2024. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience across a variety of settings, including crisis work with families, medical social work, adoption, and senior housing. Becca brings a strong background in both clinical practice and operational leadership. She earned her BA in Sociology and Early Childhood Education from UMass Amherst and her MSW from Simmons University.
Becca lives in Framingham with her husband, daughter, and their rescue dog, Lottie. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, visiting local farms, crafting, and spending time with friends and family. She is thrilled to be part of the NSC team and the larger Natick community!
Courtney Fosberg Brillant, M.Ed., CEIS - Case Manager
Courtney was born and raised in Natick. Her parents and grandparents grew up here as well. She has been providing home visits to families in the community as a Developmental Therapist for the past 20+ years. She works with families from varying backgrounds and speaks Spanish as well. Courtney attended Stonehill College and Cambridge College. She has a masters degree in Education specializing in Special Education.
Courtney most enjoys spending time with her son, traveling, anything related to arts/crafts and all outdoor adventures. She is thrilled to be part of the NSC team!
Devin Giles, Coordinator - Food Pantry
Devin is responsible for coordinating and accepting the deliveries from Lovin' Spoonfuls, our food rescue program. Fresh and perishable foods that are close to expiring are rescued from grocery stores and farms and delivered to NSC daily.
Devin is an avid sports fan and loves to talk about his favorite players with the NSC team and volunteers.
Kelsey Hampton, Director - Community Engagement
Kelsey is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities across all programs of the Natick Service Council. She also works throughout the community of Natick ensuring our neighbors know about our programs and services.
Kelsey is a graduate from Providence College, and had previously worked as an Income Development Assistant the American Cancer Society, as well as coaching for a competitive cheerleading program. Kelsey currently volunteers on special events committees at Family Promise MetroWest, and values the generous spirit that the community of Natick has. She lives in Natick with her husband and young daughters.
Frank Kobbs, Manager - Food Pantry
Frank oversees and coordinates daily food pantry operations including food deliveries from Lovin’ Spoonfuls and other food donations. He is a jack of all trades and helps things run smoothly for our pantry users.
Frank is a graduate of Boston College and a long-time Natick resident. He is also an active volunteer at the Senior Center and Morse Institute Library.
Niamh Lynch, Program Coordinator
Niamh recently joined the Natick Service Council team as Program Coordinator! She graduated from Merrimack College in 2022 with a double major in both Women's and Gender Studies and Social Justice. She is excited to do meaningful work that aligns with her values while giving back to her community!
Niamh grew up in Natick and still lives in town. She loves to spend time in nature, with loved ones, being creative, and doing yoga!
Kellie Mercurio, Program Manager
Kellie is responsible for coordinating and supporting Natick Service Council's key programs and services. Since moving to Natick in 2008, she has been involved with many non-profit boards and is passionate about coaching youth sports. Kellie lives in Natick with her husband and 2 children.
Tina Noonan, Director - Development and Outreach
Tina Noonan shares over 25 years of experience in fundraising and marketing with a variety of nonprofit and for profit organizations. As a philanthropic guide for nonprofit organizations, she brings expertise in cultivating relationships and donor development, organizational and events logistics, as well as marketing vision and creativity.
Tina was born and raised in Natick and after exploring other U.S. cities, she came back to reside in the town she loves with her husband Shaun and pooch Livvie. She is a graduate of University of New Hampshire and spent her early career in the hospitality industry. Tina looks forward to bringing her fundraising, marketing and creative know-how back to the town and community that has given her so much throughout her life.
Karyn Rosen, Employment Specialist
With a diverse career in high tech marketing, career coaching, and higher education and a Bachelor of Science and Master of Education from Salem State University, Karyn brings an array of skills to her role as Employment Specialist. Prior to a recent brief retirement, she was Assistant Dean, Experiential Learning & Academic Advising, Khoury College of Computer Science, Northeastern University for twelve years.
A longtime resident of Natick, it was during her retirement that she started volunteering at the Natick Service Council (NSC) in a variety of capacities, including the Brack Center for Career Development. Karyn came on board in June 2023 as NSC's Employment Specialist. She is available to help Natick residents with their job search including but not limited to resume creation and editing, interview prep, networking, reentering the workforce and more.
Brodie Thomas, Head of Finance
Brodie is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the Natick Service Council. These duties include cash management, financial reporting to the board, and assisting in the annual audit.
Rachel Vingsness, Executive Director
Rachel Vingsness was appointed as the new Executive Director starting December 1, 2025 after serving as the Director of Programs and Operations. In her previous role Rachel was responsible for overseeing Natick Service Council’s core services and internal operations. Prior to NSC, Rachel worked 15 years in corporate human resources in addition to being a Volunteer and Board Member of various nonprofit organizations.
Rachel is a Natick resident and can often be spotted at the farmers market, hiking in the town forest and at a variety of sports and school activities with her two children.
Daniel Shea, Immediate Past Executive Director
Dan Shea was appointed as the Executive Director in July 2020 after 38 years in Corporate America. at IBM and Arrow Electronics. Dan brought many positive changes to the organization including a pantry expansion, new programs and services, and organizational growth.
After five years, Dan is looking forward to spending his retirement with his grandkids, his partner Erika, family and friends. as well as travelling, relaxing on the Cape and checking off items on his bucket list.
