When is the Natick Service Council open?

Monday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Tuesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Thursday: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 noon

How do I get food?

Natick residents who qualify for services may use the food pantry and food rescue area.  Each family/individual can utilize the pantry once a month by appointment. Please call our offices at 508-655-1791 and speak with a Case Manager to get set up to use these services.

How do I receive emergency financial assistance?

The Natick Service Council is able to provide some limited financial assistance to Natick residents that qualify.  Please talk to your Case Manager to discuss your options.

What can I donate to the Natick Service Council?

We Accept:

  • Non-perishable food items
  • Gently used clothing that is in
  • Toys that are new and still in package

Due to limited space, we cannot accept any other items.  You can drop off donations at the front desk during regular business hours. We ask that you please do not leave goods when we are closed. If you have questions, please call us at 508-655-1791.

How do I make a donation in honor of someone's birthday, anniversary, or event?

This is a wonderful way to acknowledge someone’s special day with a gift to the Natick Service Council. If you wish to donate money in honor of someone, we will send an acknowledgement to the honoree. Be sure to note their name and address in the memo field online. If you wish to have something to go in a card to the individual please contact our office at 508-655-1791 and we will be happy to create a note for this purpose.

I need a phone number or website address for another social service agency. Can you help me find it?

Providing referrals and phone numbers for other organizations is one of the most important things we do.

Visit our Partners and Resources pages where you will find many of the organizations that we work with every day. If you don’t find the resource you are looking for, please call 508-655-1791 and speak with a Case Manager.

Do you have home food delivery?

Yes. The home delivery is available for senior citizens and those who are ill or homebound. If you believe you are in need of this program, please call 508-655-1791 and ask to speak to a Case Manager.
