Greg Tutuny, Executive Director

Greg Tutuny serves as Executive Director of Natick Service Council and is responsible for NSC's overall operations. He has 25 years of business and non-profit management experience, including roles in development, enterprise account management, and human services.

Greg lives in Natick with his wife and two daughters and is active in the community as: Commissioner, Natick Recreation & Parks; Director, Natick Rotary Club; Friends of Natick Housing Authority; and coach, Natick youth sports teams.  He is a former Director and President of Natick Service Council's Board of Directors.

Greg earned a B.A. in Health and Human Services Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kathie Fair-Chandley, Director - Case Management

Kathie Fair Chandley has a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Framingham State University.

Kathie worked in the insurance industry for twenty-six years and volunteered at the Natick Service Council for many years.  She also served on NSC's Board of Directors from 2002-2009 (as Secretary and Vice-President).  In 2009, Kathy joined the Natick Service Council staff as a Case Manager.

Amy Conwell, Case Manager, LICSW

Amy Conwell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).  She holds a B.A. from Clark University and a M.S.W. from Boston University.

Amy has many years of experience working as a social worker in different mental health settings.  She has worked extensively with the geriatric population and also in the adoption field.

Pamela Sampson, Case Manager, LCSW

Pamela is a Licensed  Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).  She holds a B.A. from Regis College and a Masters of Science in Human Service from U. Mass and Masters of Social Work from Salem State University.

She previously worked as a probation officer and later as a therapist for SMOC in Framingham.  Pamela currently lives in Sherborn and enjoys spending time with her 3 grandchildren who live in Natick.

Lauren Mann, Director - Development and Outreach

As the Director of Development and Outreach, Lauren Mann is responsible for spearheading all development efforts including marketing and public relations, fundraising events and campaigns, and community outreach.

Lauren has over 17 years of experience in marketing and advertising and holds a BA in Marketing from Westfield State College.  She currently serves on the Natick Special Education Parent Advisory Council and lives in Natick with her husband and 4 children.

Diane Harwood, Director - Finance

Diane works as Director of Finance at the Natick Service Council.  She is a CPA who has mostly worked for non-profits her entire career.  Most recently, she worked as the Controller for the Gardner Museum for three years and also spent ten years working at Harvard University.  She is married to a software engineer and lives in Concord.  She has 2 children and 2 step-children and a granddaughter named Maddie.  Diane states “I am thrilled to be working for the NSC, it has such a great mission and I am excited about the Food Pantry capital project and programs for the new year.”

Barbara Peoples, Director - Brack Career Center

Barbara brings a wealth of career development experience, previously serving as Senior Associate and Interim Director of Brown University's Career Development Center (13 years), Associate Director of Wellesley College's Career Development Center (14 years), and as a Career Consultant at Harvard Graduate School of Education.

Kelsey Hampton, Director - Food Pantry and Volunteer Services

Kelsey Hampton is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities across all programs of the Natick Service Council, as well as maintaining the operations of the Vi Tutuny Food Pantry.

Kelsey is a graduate from Providence College, and had previously worked as an Income Development Assistant the American Cancer Society, as well as coaching for a competitive cheerleading program. Kelsey currently volunteers on special events committees at Family Promise MetroWest, and values the generous spirit that the community of Natick has. She lives in Natick with her husband and young daughter.

Kellie Mercurio  - Program Manager

Kellie is responsible for coordinating and supporting Natick Service Council's key programs and services.  She has a strong customer service background and also currently serves on the Brown School PTO as VP of Fundraising.  Kellie lives in Natick with her husband and 2 children.

AJ Fair - Food Rescue Coordinator

AJ is responsible for coordinating and accepting the deliveries from Lovin' Spoonfuls, our food rescue program. Fresh and perishable foods that are close to expiring are rescued from grocery stores and farms and delivered to NSC daily.
