Amy Conwell, Case Manager, LICSW

Amy Conwell is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).  She holds a B.A. from Clark University and a M.S.W. from Boston University.

Amy has many years of experience working as a social worker in different mental health settings.  She has worked extensively with the geriatric population and also in the adoption field.

Kathie Fair-Chandley, Director - Case Management

Kathie Fair Chandley has a BA in English from the College of the Holy Cross and a Masters Degree in Counseling from Framingham State University.

Kathie worked in the insurance industry for twenty-six years and volunteered at the Natick Service Council for many years.  She also served on NSC's Board of Directors from 2002-2009 (as Secretary and Vice-President).  In 2009, Kathie joined the Natick Service Council staff as a Case Manager.

Devin Giles, Coordinator - Food Pantry

Devin is responsible for coordinating and accepting the deliveries from Lovin' Spoonfuls, our food rescue program. Fresh and perishable foods that are close to expiring are rescued from grocery stores and farms and delivered to NSC daily.

Carol Gloff, Interim Executive Director

Carol Gloff began serving as Interim Executive Director in March 2020.

Carol joined the NSC board in 2015 and was elected President in 2019. As the 1996 founder and principal of Carol Gloff & Associates, Carol has assisted the medical products industry in the areas of regulatory affairs, quality assurance and compliance, and drug and biologic product development. Since moving to Natick in 1992, she has served our community in numerous ways, for example: former Selectman (2005-2014); former Finance Committee member (1997-2005 + 2015); current Town Meeting member; current member of Friends of the Morse Institute Library Steering Committee and former member of the Natick Visiting Nurse Association Board of Directors. Other volunteer activities include President of the University at Buffalo Alumni Association (2013-2015) and currently a member of the University at Buffalo Boldly Buffalo Campaign Steering Committee, the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy Dean's Advisory Council, and the board of directors of the American Foundation for Pharmaceutical Education. Carol received her education at the University at Buffalo (State University of New York) and University of California at San Francisco.

Helen Hailer, Director - Brack Career Center

Helen brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources in both non-profit and for-profit settings. Helen’s extensive experience with talent acquisition provides clients with the requisite skills and tools to prepare for the employment arena. Her goal for the Brack Career Center is to partner with local businesses and training centers to empower clients to discover and pursue a path to a fulfilling career. Helen volunteered at NSC for several years before joining the team in December, 2019.

Helen has lived in Natick since 1992, where she and her husband have raised their two children. She earned a BS in Management from Virginia Tech.

Kelsey Hampton, Director - Food Pantry and Volunteer Services

Kelsey is responsible for coordinating volunteer activities across all programs of the Natick Service Council, as well as maintaining the operations of the Vi Tutuny Food Pantry.

Kelsey is a graduate from Providence College, and had previously worked as an Income Development Assistant the American Cancer Society, as well as coaching for a competitive cheerleading program. Kelsey currently volunteers on special events committees at Family Promise MetroWest, and values the generous spirit that the community of Natick has. She lives in Natick with her husband and young daughters.

Diane Harwood, Director - Finance

Diane works as Director of Finance at the Natick Service Council.  She is a CPA who has mostly worked for non-profits her entire career.  Most recently, she worked as the Controller for the Gardner Museum for three years and also spent ten years working at Harvard University.  She is married to a software engineer and lives in Concord.  She has 2 children and 2 step-children and a granddaughter named Maddie.  Diane states “I am thrilled to be working for the NSC, it has such a great mission and I am excited about the Food Pantry capital project and programs for the new year.”

Frank Kobbs, Food Pantry Manager

Frank oversees and coordinates daily food pantry operations including food deliveries from Lovin’ Spoonfuls and other food donations. He is a jack of all trades and helps things run smoothly for our pantry users.

Frank is a graduate of Boston College and a long-time Natick resident.  He is also an active volunteer at the Senior Center and Morse Institute Library.

Kellie Mercurio, Program Manager

Kellie is responsible for coordinating and supporting Natick Service Council's key programs and services. Since moving to Natick in 2008, she has been involved with many non-profit boards and is passionate about coaching youth sports. Kellie lives in Natick with her husband and 2 children.

Sonia Shah, Director - Development and Outreach

As the Director of Development and Outreach,  Sonia is responsible for spearheading all development efforts including marketing and public relations, fundraising events and campaigns, and community outreach.

Sonia is a graduate of the University of Michigan and Northeastern University School of Law. Sonia previously worked as the Manager of Foundation and Public Service Programs at the Boston Bar Association/Foundation, Director of Development at MetroWest Legal Services and Senior Program Officer at The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts. She lives in Natick with her husband, daughter, son, one dog and two cats.

Gayle Soma, Case Manager/Administrative Assistant

Inspired by her mom, Terri Crespi and her two sons, Mark and Joseph, who were regular volunteers, Gayle joined the NSC team during the summer of 2017 with a desire to help others and contribute to the community where she has lived and raised her family for over 45 years.

Prior to NSC, Gayle worked as an elementary teacher specializing in literacy. Gayle holds a Masters’ Degree in Elementary Education. Gayle's strong administrative background stems from over 10 years in the legal field as a Paralegal. Gayle finds great joy in being a mom and helping others. In her free time, Gayle enjoys spending time with family, friends and her two yellow Labradors.
